IPL 2015!!!

                          Indias Festival is Officially Over!!!

The eighth edition of the Indian Premier League has come to end finally and Mumbai Indians are the team that came victorious after a month's struggle in the heat. The season was as it always is, Chennai Super Kings and Kings XI Punjab were the teams that were extremely consistent in their cricket, Chennai consistently won whereas the latter consistently lost. Kolkata Knight Riders performance was like a Shahrukh Khan movie, first half was great and exciting whereas the second was dependent on how many people were left in the hall post-interval. The other team in focus, the Delhi Daredevils who's performance ... Uh well it was confusing, they were on top in the beginning, continued to be in the top four and ended at the bottom?! Similar to Yuvraj Singh's career, I guess. Coming to David Warner and Moises Henriques, well they had a good season but sadly ended up behind Kolkata Knight Riders. Royal Challengers Bangalore was a very powerful side after the entry of Australian speedster, Mitchell Starc. The side were so powerful that the only team that could defeat them was  the Indian Rain Gods. Rajasthan Royals, what a great team they were! They were the strongest team at the start, they could have won the tournament but they rather chose to make changes to their squad than win the tournament with a consistent team! What a great team! Mumbai Indians were struggling at the start of the tournament. Honestly they sucked, then the Ambani family opened their cash briefcase in front of the other teams and BOOM! Second place and through to the finals! Well, all said and done, their investment was well planned. As a consolation to the Chennai team, you get the fairplay award! Lel. No more "ye hai India ka toyhaaar" and that wacky music that accompanies it.

What a great season! Now I get to watch Sooryavansham for the 87th time in one month! See you next year Sony Six.
