INNOVATION & CREATIVITY CLUB

 

                          An innovation is something original, novel, and important that obtains a foothold in a market or society. It refers to the notion of doing something different rather than doing the same thing better. Creativity on the other hand is characterized by originality, expressiveness and imagination. It is a skill that may be improved through various methods. The skill can be creating an idea, a joke, an artistic or literary work, a painting or musical composition, a solution or even an invention. 

                          Having taken its birth on 26^th August’13 as INNOVATION AND CREATIVITY CLUB at Sreenidhi Institute of Science and Technology(SNIST) , it has been putting on tremendous efforts in bringing out the creativity and Novel ideas out of the younger generation at SNIST.The Club makes an earnest attempt in encouraging the future Entrepreneurs of India and helping them out in moving a step closer to their goals. It runs on various platforms with an appetite to encourage the skill and creativity in every possible aspect. It bestows various opportunities to the students through the platforms such as such as Mayavi, Aavishkar, Laghu Chitra, Kala Srushti, Entrepreneurship and Creative writing. 

Platforms

•  Mayavi
                 Mayavi is a platform that brings out the talents in designing, video editing, website designing, promos, posters etc. It guides the students efficaciously in all the above mentioned aspects through weekly sessions and workshops.
  

 

•  Aavishkar
  Aavishkar is a platform that boosts up the new and innovative projects in different fields from the students and guides them in every step in turning their idea into reality.
   
  
   

•  Laghu Chitra
  
  Laghu Chitra signifies the Short Film Making. It aims at training the students who show great interest in making films. 
  It Brings to light that the students talent in Acting, Direction and Film Making.
  
   
  
  
  

•  Kala Srushti
  
  Kala Srushti is an area wherein in Art is given utmost importance. 
  This platform emboldens all the forms of handicrafts including Painting, Craft making, Quiling art, Sketching and many such Ornamental and Creative Arts that add colour to any event and place.

 

 

•  Entrepreneurship
  
  This platform aims at bringing out the Talent and Skill from the students who take immense interest in the field of business and entrepreneurship. 
  The club also conducts weekly sessions and other development programs as a part of training the students to grow more confident and excel in their fields of the above schemes and guide them in reaching the pinnacle of success.

• Creative Writing  
  
  Creative Writing is the right platform for the future poets, writers and authors of India. This platform spurs the new thoughts of the younger generation in the form of poems and articles in all the languages.
